At Blusique Petals, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and safe manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below:
Processing Time
Standard Orders: All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Customized/Personalized Orders: Since custom items require extra care and crafting time, please allow 3–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999/-.
Delivery Timeline
We ship all across India. Delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and transit conditions.
Tracking details (AWB and courier partner link) will be sent to you via email or SMS as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Delivery Attempts & RTO
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Please ensure your contact number is reachable and the address provided is complete.
If a package is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal (RTO), reverse shipping charges and processing fees will apply as per our cancellation rules
